In today's episode, we delve into the experiences and strategies of hearing God as they pertain to our personal journeys.
The episode begins with a glimpse into the host's personal experiences of hearing God. Recognising multiple ways in which God communicates, the host shares her encounters as a multi-sensory hearer, seer, and feeler. The journey of discernment involves recognising subtleties in life, business, and ministry. This comes in many forms like dreams, night vision, open vision, and other signals that God can send. Our individual sensitivities and inclinations determine the tools God uses to communicate with us.
The podcast goes on to highlight how the Bible has numerous stories of people who experienced God's communication through different channels. Samuel, Solomon, and Abraham each had unique encounters. These stories offer insights into how to tune our senses to hear God effectively. It emphasises the importance of being patient, studying God's word, and looking for cues in the biblical narratives.

Seeking Confirmation God’s Way

Wednesday Jun 19, 2024

Wednesday Jun 19, 2024

In this episode, we explore the difficulties encountered by women who are seeking God's confirmation but lack Godly counsel around them. We acknowledge the fact that not everyone is surrounded by a supportive circle that can assist in confirming God's guidance or provide clarity on the steps needed to move forward with tangible ideas or visions. Challenged by this, we shed light on potential strategies and highlight the role of faith in discerning God's will and plan.
The episode emphasises the benefit of seeking confirmation from various sources, including online platforms, religious texts, podcasts, and even through seemingly mundane daily activities. The key is to continually maintain an open heart and mind, captivating all the different ways God communicates with us. It further highlights how stepping out in faith, much like biblical characters such as Abraham and Noah did, can lead to understanding God's plan.
We also explore the topic of failure in our journey of faith, shedding light on how missteps can contribute to learning and gaining more clarity.

One of the things I love about God is how He encourages us to implement spiritual disciplines to help us through life, business, and ministry. These are the things that we may not realise we need to implement as a routine, whether that's as a weekly or monthly routine. But it's something that we have to embrace and understand that having these spiritual disciplines is going to lead and guide us the way that God wants us to go.
Note To Self: Prayer and fasting is not a formula, but a STRATEGY God wants you to use to seek Him for your life, business and ministry!
